Keep These 8 Tips In Mind If You Want To Achieve Anything In Life!!!
Ever had this passion, this burning desire to achieve something unique and specific? You think about it when you go to school, when you leave for work, even when you take your dog out for the daily walk, it’s there in your mind, thumping on your thoughts like a bag thumping against your back whenever you move. You most probably had, we all did, and we all still do. A dream is one way to call it.
Yet, how very few of us act on these compulsions? And of those who do, how many truly commit to it, in good and in bad, only to achieve their ever desirable goal? You probably guessed it, few to none. But you will be surprised to hear that this amazing achievement is not too far out of reach, no matter how far and difficult it may seem all the way from the starting line. It’s all in the mind, you could say, and here are a few important tips that should guide you through this difficult seeming path:
Yet, how very few of us act on these compulsions? And of those who do, how many truly commit to it, in good and in bad, only to achieve their ever desirable goal? You probably guessed it, few to none. But you will be surprised to hear that this amazing achievement is not too far out of reach, no matter how far and difficult it may seem all the way from the starting line. It’s all in the mind, you could say, and here are a few important tips that should guide you through this difficult seeming path:
1. Commitment is key
You’re at work, cleaning those dishes, submitting your daily paperwork, or have been staring at the computer screen for over two hours, and then, without a moment’s notice, this amazingly original book idea pops to your mind. You write it down on a small note and put it in your pocket. Now you can’t wait for the work day to end, you are motivated beyond all comparison. This will be your big break, the one you have been dreaming on for so long.
You arrive back home, drink your coffee, eat your meal, and take a warm shower. You get to your room and stare blankly at your computer’s desk. Nothing. The moment is gone, along with your idea and all of your vast talent. You beat yourself down and blame the long working hours for this misfortune.
Well, this is a wrong way to look at it. Although important, you cannot count solely on motivation if you want to achieve your desirable goal. What you need is commitment. Commitment to sit down on that desk, despite your lack of mental energy. To wear those jogging shoes, although you feel numb and tired after your daily nap. There can be hundreds of examples, but truly, all you need is to buckle up and get to work.
2. It’s all about the journey
You can’t expect to have a smooth trail, a compass, and a big old X down on the map, leading you all the way up to the finish line. We all want to climb to the very top of the mountain but instead decide on going around it, despairing when realizing that there’s no lift or an unseen shortcut. And to be honest, wouldn’t it be boring if it was that easy?
Instead of straining your eyes so to look at the far ahead destination, look around you, and you may just find that the adventure is not half bad by itself. Learn, experience, improve, and to put simply: stay in the moment. Before you know it, you will be halfway there.
3. A positive mind, a positive result
This one goes without saying right? “Stay positive,” we hear it from everyone. Whether we are tired, anxious, or plainly just having a bad day. Well, surprise, surprise, there’s a reason for it. Positive thoughts will serve as the fuel to your adventure. They will keep you wanting to experiment, to experience, and will push you out of the box, and help you perform better with your work.
Doubts, on the other hand, won’t help you achieve a thing, and if at all, may hinder your performance or plainly push you from your rightful course.
If you want to achieve your goals, just “stay positive”.

4. Don’t make it easy on yourself
We all sometimes hate leaving the every familiar comfort zone. It is our domain, our realm, and we know each and every sharp turn, and jump above every obstacle with relative ease. But you can’t expect to achieve what you don’t have by staying where you are.
Don’t let fear keep you down. Get out, challenge yourself even on the risk of failing. We learn best from failing, and so very little from succeeding. That is why achieving your dream is a long journey in the first place. Didn’t manage to jump above that pole? Don’t throw the gloves down and walk away, put it back up and try again!
5. Distractions are the enemy
You sit down next to the computer screen, ready to write your best-selling novel, feeling strong and motivated. You manage to get a sentence in there until, suddenly, you feel your phone vibrating in your pocket. You don’t know who it is, and it might be important right? You take it out and give it a shallow stare. Just a quick look, just a small break maybe.
Next thing you know, you’ve not only engaged in a long, meaningful conversation, now you’ve started talking with more friends, and even took the liberty to start watching these funny youtube videos that you’ve been getting. An hour and a half passes, you take a deep breath, and finally, decide to put the phone down and get to work. You look at the screen, and nothing, you are all worn out.
Bottom line. Want to achieve your goals? Avoid distractions as best as you possibly can.

6. Look and plan ahead
Until now, you’ve been working unstably. When out and unavailable, you suddenly feel extremely positive and motivated, and when at home, numb and tired. Little are the times that you feel motivated while actually being physically available. That is why you need to plan your schedule ahead. You know that you feel best at the mornings? Then make a clear window in your schedule, and let it be the first step to achieving your dreams.
Not available in the mornings for some reason? Well, at least clear some time during evening time, and try to dedicate at least two mornings for your own goals.

7. Take advantage of every situation
Let’s face it. We cannot possibly clear our schedules completely and dedicate every minute solely for achieving our goals. We have our school studies, work, volunteer works and a hundred of other things in our life. But we can make the best of every situation.
Filling paperwork at the office? Take this time to reflect on your ideas, observe the other workers, something might pop to your mind any second now. Inspiring to be an athlete? Eat well and avoid the junk food during the long work hours, squat, and do push-ups whenever you get a free window.
No excuses, take action anywhere you can.

8. Achieve, but beware of wearing yourself down
Bearing all other tips in mind, this one is probably one of the more important of them. If you feel tired and weak, always give yourself a breathing windows and take a break. Don’t burn out your mind, body, and try to claw your way to the summit. Many people do that mistake, straining themselves, confusing it for dedication.
Pushing yourself over the edge won’t bear any fruit, and if anything, will just hinder your progress. You can’t beat a dead horse and expect it to move, so to speak.

10 Painful Truths We Forget Everyday
Sometimes the truth can hurt, so will these painful truths today.
The main reason we read this is because we need to appreciate things more now than ever. Things are changing every minute, and we might not be able to adapt if we don't know couple of generally painful truths.
I remind myself of these every day, and I must confess these are some of my personal motivational factors when I usually don't have a tiny bit of power to work.
1. Time is limited
Before you say "I know it" you might take a look over your life again. However old you are, looking back on your life experiences you'll notice that it has no 'time' in the formula. Everything seems like it happened yesterday.
So appreciate every minute you spend. Most cancer survivors and people who were tiny step away from losing their life begin to know how important is to live well and appreciate things we already have around us.I was chatting with a cab driver few months back and what he said startled me: "Well, son, time is passing really fast, you know. My father yesterday told me: (around 80 something years old man) 'It was like yesterday I was in the army.' This life sure as hell passes fast."
“Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of other's opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.” -Steve Jobs
2. You live the life you create
When you go out and see all the vibrant things, cars, people, animals, birds around you, endorse that they have massive impact over our life. That's why we are together in one world.
And the paradox is, that neither of those things can affect you, as long as you don't react upon it.The point is, that every person creates a world on his own derived by his/hers decisions and actions.
When we think that everything happens to us, it's what really happens. It's our reaction that gives life to bad things that happen to us. It is what we give to thereticular cortexthat will dictate the things we see in front of us.Every mistake and happiness is made by your choice. Sometimes our ignorance causes trouble, but we need everything we can acknowledge to getpeace of mindand live the best life we create.
Watch more on things you do, and give credit to. Those things dictate your future, and sometimes they are the most destructive, or the best things for you. Choose wisely.
3. Busy and productive are two different things
This guymakes hell of a fortune by being busy for 160 hours a month. Being busy doesn'tnecessarily makes you productive.
Success doesn't come from busyness. It comes from productivity + best use of time. Sometimes it can be 3-4 hours a day.
Over-busy people are scattered everywhere. They have no aim, nor balance in their life. We should never forget that life is not about work, money and burdening ourselves with baloney things and forget that this is actual life.
[Tweet ""Never get so busy making a living that you forget to make a life.""]
Allow yourself to have balance in all things you do. When the scale goes to one thing, we loose from another. Of course everything takes sacrifice, but not for so long to make us forget how to live.
So get productive, not busy. Do not join the top 5 regrets people had on their deathbed.
4. Thinking and doing are two separate worlds
They are two different worlds because it's the disparity between success and failure, and living and dying. They are so close, and yet so far. This may be the number one painful truth we forget.
Imagine how many things would be done if you just started doing things, instead of wondering and thinking. The first thing we should do to keep on the thorny road is action. Without action you will create a state where you’ll be mind-shackled.
Without applying the thoughts in the physical words, we create a state of self-prison. We create a person inside our head that doesn’t allow any thoughts to go through the hands and legs.
If you want to do things, you must apply your thoughts in the physical world. It’s not the stupid people are not full of doubts, as Charles Bukowski says; it is the ones that don’t do.
People are genius. Just think of how many successful ideas you have through the day. And you won’t believe that 99% of them with action can become real. As soon as you chose to switch your mind to the next one, without taking action for the previous one, you create a chain reaction of successful ideas gone forever.
5. Failure is part of success
"Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time." -Thomas Edison
I've learned that it seems like life is playing with us sometimes. It gets you to the ground, with your head, in the mud and tells you:
"This is the bottom, it's the worst it can happen. This is how people feel sometimes, and even worse than this. You can be here your whole life, complaining how life happens to you, or you can go wash your face, and start taking things in your hands."
How do we know what's success, when we don't know what is failure? Almost in everything we have to grasp both sides to understand the whole.
Dare to make mistakes, and fail hundreds of times, until there's no gap in your actions that will give you another fail on the road.
6. Self-love has big role in your life
Every day should begin with waking up, going to the bathroom, and looking in the mirror. That masterpiece you see every day, is what is going to change the world!
We are piece of art, everyone of us. Art has no rules, or how it should be. Every negation of it, can only harm the way we think. No one can love you if you don't love yourself. Even if they do for a given time, they will raise a white flag.
We do need support to love ourselves, but once we start doing it ourselves.
“The only person who can pull me down is myself, and I'm not going to let myself pull me down anymore.” ― C. JoyBell C.
7. Some people should be removed and nothing else
People around us, especially the ones we contact with, play crucial role in how we live our life. They can be the biggest blessing or the biggest mistakes we have. Jim Rohn says that “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with." It looks pretty true to me.
Toxic environment is invisible cage. Even a whole society and circle of people can be toxic.
If you belong to a toxic environment you will spend your life being unproductive, switching from failure to failure. Then you may think “you’re an introvert.” No, you are person who is in the wrong environment. You are individual who still haven’t found his/hers soul mates.
This can be a hardest task. You’ve spent years with people with whom you’ll have to cut the cord in a day. It’s never easy to let go of habits, even if you’re aware they are not bringing any growth.
Step aside and let it pass through. Then you will be obsessed with the person you really are. You willactivate your gut feelingand you will attract every tiny positive achievement. The right people will come, financials will flow, and happiness will surround you. Everything changed because you let go of people polluting your life. I encourage you to think about it.
8. Forgive before you get an apology
Holding grudges rents a place in your head and keeps you busy with something that shouldn't last a second in your life.
Life gets much easier when you learn to accept all the apologies you never got. Life is all about experiences, positive or negative. They are all part of the life lessons. When you forgive someone you promise yourself not to hold the irreversible past against your present self.
You deserve peace of mind because of you and no one else.
9. Every second changes everything
It's one of the beautiful facts that motivates us to take risks. If we don't take risks, things still change, every second. And risking might benefit us every way possible.
Everything rushes in our lives, and yet life is so short.
The most interesting part is that it is one second that changes life. One second can be the reason we succeed, start accumulate happiness, or fell in love. It's just a tiny fraction of time that gives so much meaning to an average span of 80 years.
When we learn to appreciate one second in our day, we'll learn to appreciate everything we say, do, and think. We will appreciate our whole life.
10. Your possessions is not who you are
As the world circles, it has made us think that we need a lot more than we actually need. It has became a massive materialistic competition.
An average person watches TV, read papers, watch the bullcrap news, while everything an average human does is to think like most people. When you are like the rest, your uniqueness is assassinated.
Our regular pattern of life is what makes us think that possessions should be put before everything. People kill, screw best friends, ramshackle businesses because of money.
When people realize how powerful is the spirit, the inner self, thoughts, emotions, and the brain itself, is when we realize that stuff is really a funny thing.
If you put your mindset on the money, not putting it in the process of making them, I guarantee you'll never have them. Money is a tool. Don't let them possess your spirit.
What do you think you can add to the list? Is there any painful truth in your life you often forget?
